I have extensive experience in litigating matters such as personal injuries arising out of motor vehicle accidents and premises liability; criminal and motor vehicle offenses, including DUI; real estate disputes, including eminent domain proceedings, boundary issues and foreclosures; partnership disputes; and employment matters. I also frequently serve as a mediator and arbitrator in personal injury and commercial disputes and I was appointed an arbitrator for matters in the Danbury Superior Court.
In addition to my extensive litigation experience, I often act as the closing attorney in commercial and residential real estate transactions.
